Get On the Horse is a New Year’s Day rebirth ceremony led by three practitioners: a sound healer, an energy worker, and an IFS-informed mental health therapist.
Guests arrive at noon for intentional tea, then move into a 30-minute outdoor sound journey with crystal singing bowls and rainsticks. During the soundscape, participants are guided through a body scan and imagery designed to safely meet and release a part of themselves that is ready to be seen and unburdened.
Energy work is offered throughout to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic flow. The journey includes themes of shedding, death and rebirth, and forward movement, symbolized through snake and horse imagery.
The ceremony closes with grounding, guided visualization toward one’s ideal self and direction for the year ahead, followed by tea. Guests may stay for optional journaling or vision board anchoring to integrate intentions. Supplies will be provided, but guests are…
