Feeling carried away by the chaos of the world? Connect with yourself, your truth, and the energy around you with this grounding meditation. Offered weekly in July - discover how different your week can feel when you begin it by grounding. This meditation will included guided prompts, deep energy work, and the grounding properties of crystals and incense.

I just got home from my first energy healing session with Anna, and I cannot say enough wonderful things! The shop itself feels light and open, inviting you in with wonderful smells, sounds, and energy. Raquel greeted me at the door and was full of love and kindness, especially given I was a bit nervous about my session. Shortly after arriving, Anna came out to greet me and to take me back for my session. I won't say too much about my session but it was better than I ever could have dreamed of. Anna herself is a beacon of kindness and love, and I immediately felt comfortable opening up to her. Overall, I could not have asked for a better first energy healing experience.

This shop is a must visit for those of us in the spiritual and metaphysical realm.​​
