About the event

Join us for an evening gathering just for youth ages 12-18. The night will begin with a mindfulness practice, such as meditation. We will focus on easing anxiety and offer some tools to regulate your nervous system. There will also be time for community discussion and questions, and for teens to practice their spiritual gifts with each other! Snacks will be provided.

I just got home from my first energy healing session with Anna, and I cannot say enough wonderful things! The shop itself feels light and open, inviting you in with wonderful smells, sounds, and energy. Raquel greeted me at the door and was full of love and kindness, especially given I was a bit nervous about my session. Shortly after arriving, Anna came out to greet me and to take me back for my session. I won't say too much about my session but it was better than I ever could have dreamed of. Anna herself is a beacon of kindness and love, and I immediately felt comfortable opening up to her. Overall, I could not have asked for a better first energy healing experience.

This shop is a must visit for those of us in the spiritual and metaphysical realm.​​
