There are two options for this Mind, Body, Spirit Sunday. - Triple Protection: Yoga with Maddie, DIY Candle Making with Ky and a deep guided meditation with Anna. Starts at 10am - Double Protection: DIY Candle Making with Ky and a deep guided meditation with Anna. Starts at 11am Yoga: Start your morning with a Vinyasa Yoga. Candles: You will be creating your own candle with Archangel Michael's protective energy. Roll on Oils: Anna will walk you through invoking your own Protective Roll on oil with Big Mike's energy.
