Maddie is an RYT-200 Vinyasa trained yoga instructor. She specializes in power yoga, all levels of yoga, and gentle yoga. Maddie is a Sarasota native with prior experience teaching Yoga in Southwest Florida. Her classes include variations of poses for everyone to participate, while creating a calming experience.
